About QUAD Grouping :

The QUAD (Quadrilateral Security Dialogue) is an informal strategic grouping comprising India, the United States, Japan, and Australia.

It was initially formed in 2007 to promote cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region.

QUAD focuses on issues such as maritime security, disaster management, cyber security, critical technologies, and resilient supply chains.

The grouping supports the vision of a free and open Indo-Pacific, ensuring freedom of navigation and adherence to international law.

Although not a formal military alliance, QUAD has become an important platform for strategic and economic cooperation in the region.
