Why in the news?

Ukrainian military intelligence (GUR) announced the destruction of a Russian tugboat near Crimea, using a drone to breach defensive barriers.
This attack is part of Ukraine’s ongoing strategy to weaken Russian military presence and control in the Black Sea.
