Competition Categories and Organising Institutions

  • Discipline-specific competitions include forward bends, back bends, twisting body postures, hand balance, leg balance, and supine posture categories.
  • The championship is being organised by Yogasana Bharat in association with the Indian Olympic Association and the World Yogasana.
