Universal Pre-University College is delighted to host Mock Parliament 2026, an engaging academic event designed to develop leadership, public speaking, critical thinking, and democratic awareness among students.
This year’s session will focus on the theme “Debating the Women’s Reservation Bill”, giving students an opportunity to understand parliamentary procedures, policy debates, law-making, and the importance of representation in democracy.
Students will take on different parliamentary roles and present their arguments in a formal debate setting, encouraging confidence, teamwork, and civic responsibility.
