India–Cambodia Military Exercise CINBAX-II 2026 Begins

The second edition of the India–Cambodia military exercise CINBAX-II 2026 began at Camp Basil, Kampong Speu, Cambodia. The exercise is being conducted from May 4 to May 17, 2026.

This edition involves company-level joint training, aimed at strengthening defence cooperation, tactical coordination, and mutual understanding between the armed forces of India and Cambodia. Such exercises enhance military diplomacy and improve operational preparedness in regional security contexts.

Pathfinder: India’s First AI-Powered Orbital Data Centre Satellite

Pathfinder is set to become India’s first AI-powered orbital data centre satellite. It was announced by Pixxel and Sarvam.

The satellite will be a 200-kg demonstration satellite and is planned for launch in Q4 2026. Pathfinder represents an important step in combining space technology, artificial intelligence, and data infrastructure. It is expected to demonstrate how orbital platforms can process and manage data directly in space, reducing dependence on ground-based systems.
