The National Youth Festival 2025, renamed Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue, will empower youth to present ideas to PM Modi and engage in leadership-building activities on 11-12 January 2025.
Reimagined National Youth Festival 2025:
- Renamed as Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue, the festival will be held on 11-12 January 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
- Announced by Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, the event aligns with the vision of empowering youth for India’s development.
- Focuses on identifying and nurturing young talent, fostering leadership, and enabling youth to present ideas directly to PM Narendra Modi.
Key Features and Objectives:
- Viksit Bharat Challenge: A four-stage competition engaging youth aged 15-29:
- Round 1: Digital Quiz (25 Nov-5 Dec 2024) via MY Bharat platform.
- Round 2: Essay/Blog Writing on themes like tech and youth empowerment.
- Round 3: State-Level Vision Pitch Presentations on selected themes.
- Round 4: National Championship, where winners present to PM Modi.
- Around 3,000 participants selected through competitions, district/state youth festivals, and eminent youth achievers from diverse domains.
- Includes exhibitions, plenary sessions, and cultural programs celebrating India’s heritage under “Vikas Bhi, Virasat Bhi.”
