United Nations Statistical Commission: India Has Been Elected

A functional commission of the UN Economic and Social Council, the Statistical Commission is responsible for supervising the activities of the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD).

India has been selected to represent the country for a four-year term beginning on January 1, 2024, in the highest statistics body of the UN.
