Sri Rupak Kumar Dutta-IPS

The Universal Group of Institutions inaugurated its Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell on 11.01.2021. The chief guest was Sri. Rupak Kumar Dutta, IPS and member of Karnataka Human Rights Commission. The ceremony was presided over by Chairman, Sri Upendra Shetty and Principal Sri Vishwas Puttaswamy. The Chief Guest inaugurated the cell and delivered the presidential address. Rupak Kumar Dutta, a man of vision and commitment through his speech encouraged the civil servant aspirants. By emphasizing the constitution and its values, the students were inspired to uphold the constitution as future civil servants. The speaker gave examples from his illustrious career which inspired awe among the audience and also motivated them. The ceremony concluded with an interactive session with the audience.
