About the Constitutional Amendments Proposed:
- Amendments to Article 83 and Article 172 of the Constitution are recommended to facilitate simultaneous polls for Parliament and State legislatures.
- Additional amendments to Article 324A and Article 325 are suggested to enable simultaneous elections in panchayats and municipalities, requiring ratification by the States.
