News: As “Naatu Naatu,” the breakout hit from the action film “RRR,” won the Oscar Award for Best Original Song and “The Elephant Whisperers,” took home the prize for Best Documentary Short, Indians exploded in joy on Monday.
The Elephant Whisperers, a movie produced by Guneet Monga and directed by Kartiki Gonsalves, was awarded the Oscar for Best Documentary Short Film.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences hosted the 95th Academy Awards on March 12, 2023, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
It honoured movies that came out in 2022.
