NISAR MISSION DELAYED; OTHER ISRO MISSIONS PLANNED

Why in the news?

  • NISAR, a collaborative space mission between India and the US, is unlikely to launch this year.
  • It was not included in ISRO’s list of planned missions submitted to the Lok Sabha.
