International Literacy Day: Education Minister Pralhad Joshi highlighted literacy’s transformative role in expanding knowledge, opportunities and empowerment.He called for renewed efforts to ensure inclusive learning, stressing that an educated and empowered citizenry is essential for achieving the vision of Viksit Bharat.
