  • On November 28, 2024, General Upendra Dwivedi, Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), launched “Eklavya,” an online learning platform for Indian Army officers.
  • Developed under the Headquarters Army Training Command, with the Army War College as the sponsor and BISAG-N providing technical support, the platform aligns with the “Decade of Transformation” and “Year of Technology Absorption”
  • Created at zero cost, Eklavya is hosted on the Army Data Network, featuring a scalable architecture to integrate multiple training establishments and courses.
