First National Training Conclave
News: The inaugural National Training Conclave will be officially opened by the Prime Minister in New Delhi’s International Exhibition and Convention Centre Pragati Maidan.
The National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) – ‘Mission Karmayogi’ includes the National Training Conclave.
The goal is to develop the country’s infrastructure for civil servant training and to promote coordination among institutions that provide it.
The Capacity Building Commission is hosting the Conclave.
Participants in the conclave will number over 1,500 and come from a variety of training institutions, including Central Training Institutes, State Administrative Training Institutes, Regional and Zonal Training Institutes, and Research Institutes.
Participants in the discussions will include civil servants from the Central government departments, State governments, municipal governments, and professionals from the business sector.
Each of the eight panel talks at the conclave will address a critical issue relating to institutions that train civil servants, such as faculty development, training impact assessment, and content digitization.
The National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB), also known as Mission Karmyogi, intends to equip civil servants for the future by fostering their creativity, innovation, and usefulness through technology and transparency.
This innovative plan will aid in building the nation’s civil service.
As a supplement to “off-site learning,” “on-site learning” will receive increasing attention.
