- DLC Campaign 3.0: Launched to expand Digital Life Certificate (DLC) services for pensioners across India.

Key Highlights of DLC Campaign 3.0
- Initiated in: 2014 with Jeevan Praman and Face Authentication added in 2021.
- Campaign Expansion: DLC Campaign 1 in 2022 reached 37 cities, Campaign 2 covered 597 locations in 100 cities; this year, Campaign 3.0 will be held at 1900 camps in 800 cities.
- Service Points: Over 1.8 lakh Gramin Dak Sewaks will assist at India Post Payment Bank camps, and Pension Disbursing Banks will run camps in 157 cities.

What is a Digital Life Certificate?
- DLC Definition: A Digital Life Certificate (DLC) is a biometric-enabled service for pensioners to digitally verify their existence for pension disbursement.
- Jeevan Pramaan: Also known as Jeevan Pramaan, it is an initiative by the Government of India.
- Generation Process: DLC is created using the pensioner’s Aadhaar number and biometric data.
- Convenience: Pensioners can submit the DLC online, eliminating the need for physical visits to pension disbursing agencies.
- Accessibility: Pension disbursing agencies can access the DLC through an online platform for verification.
