Day 5: Empowering Future Civil Servants through Universal Coaching Centre’s Silver Jubilee Initiative

Universal Coaching Centre successfully conducted Day 5 of the Personality Test for 100 Free IAS Coaching Seats as part of its prestigious Silver Jubilee Initiative. The session reflected UCC’s continued commitment to identifying, mentoring and empowering dedicated civil service aspirants.

The personality test provided students with an opportunity to present their confidence, clarity of thought, communication skills and awareness of current issues before the interview panel. Each candidate was carefully assessed to understand their potential for UPSC preparation and public service.

This initiative is a meaningful step towards supporting deserving aspirants by providing them access to quality IAS coaching and structured guidance. Under the leadership of Chairman Shri R. Upendra Shetty, Universal Coaching Centre continues to strengthen its mission of creating future civil servants who can serve the nation with integrity, knowledge and commitment.
