- Yesterday, the IMF revised up its estimate for India’s GDP to 6.3% while lowering its prediction for world growth to 3%. According to the IMF’s World Economic Outlook, growth in India is predicted to stay robust at 6.3% in 2023 and 2024. The forecast for 2023 has been revised upward by 0.2 percentage points, reflecting higher-than-expected consumption from April to June.
