This marks a crucial step toward enhancing women’s political representation in legislative bodies.

India–China Trade Dynamics

In FY26, China emerged as India’s largest trading partner, with bilateral trade reaching $151.1 billion, surpassing the United States.

However, this comes with concerns:

  • Indicates continued dependence on Chinese imports

Meanwhile, India–US trade showed moderate growth with a slightly reduced surplus, suggesting diversification but not complete rebalancing.
