Combined Commanders Conference 2023

News: The top military leaders of India meet yearly for the Combined Commanders’ Conference (CCC) to strategize and debate military issues and national security.

The CCC’s 2018 motto was “Ready, Resurgent, Relevant.”

The goal was to evaluate the Armed Forces’ success in overcoming the difficulties of modern warfare and to make sure they are always ready, resilient, and able to carry out their mission.

Additionally, the CCC 2023 evaluated the steps taken to achieve “Aatmanirbharta,” or self-reliance in defence.

The meeting evaluated the state of the defence ecosystem and the Armed Forces’ readiness to accomplish this goal.

The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi praised the Armed Forces during his address at the CCC for their contribution to nation-building and their provision of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) assistance to friendly nations.
