- Aim: Enhancing continuous monitoring of Earth’s vital signs across atmosphere, ocean, geosphere, cryosphere, and solid earth. Developing models for weather prediction and climate change science.
- Addresses climate change impacts like extreme weather events, rising sea levels, and glacial depletion.
- Amalgamates ongoing research projects under PRITHVI, ensuring efficient fund utilization.
- Enables Indian scientists to collaborate internationally, fostering global research partnerships.
