About AI Mission:

  • National Supercomputing Mission: Targeting 10,000 to 30,000 GPUs under PPP, and an additional 1,000 to 2,000 GPUs through the PSU Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC).
  • Public Infrastructure : Intention to create a Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) from GPU assembly, offering startups cost-effective access to computational capacity.
  • Data Sets : Government also working on creating datasets, proposing the India Datasets platform to share non-personal and anonymized datasets for AI and research.
