Parliament has passed the Boilers Bill 2024, replacing the Boilers Act 1923, to improve boiler safety regulations, ensure uniform registration and inspection, and facilitate ease of doing business. The Bill retains strict penalties for serious offences while introducing decriminalization for minor violations.

Key Provisions of the Boilers Bill 2024:
