BOOK RELEASE OF ‘MAHILA MATTHU APARADHA KANOONU’
Under IQAC initiative, On 24th September 2022, Universal School of Law in collaboration with Universal School of Administration is organizing a Book Release of ‘Mahila Matthu Aparadha Kanoonu’ written by Dr. M.S. Umapathy. This book attempts to bring legal awareness among women of India, as most women are often subjected to exploitation and social injustice in the society. The book highlights how woman is perceived by the criminal justice system. The book also serves as an informative guide to the police, lawyers, doctors, social workers, voluntary service personnel and teachers in creating gender awareness and rendering services to alleviate sufferings of the victims.
