Under the IQAC initiative, Universal School of Administration is organizing an insightful seminar on the SSB Interview Process and Officer Selection, aimed at inspiring and guiding aspirants who dream of serving as officers in the Indian Armed Forces.
The seminar will offer a clear understanding of the Services Selection Board (SSB) system, focusing on leadership qualities, personality assessment, psychological tests, group tasks, and interview stages that shape an officer. It will help students understand what the Armed Forces truly look for beyond academics.
The session will be presided over by Mr. R. Upendra Shetty, Chairman, Universal Group of Institutions, and the guest speaker will be Maj Gen VPS Bhakuni, VSM (Retd.), CEO of Eagles Academy for Personality Development. With vast experience in officer training and selection, the speaker will share real-world insights, practical guidance, and motivational experiences.
