The fourth edition of Kashi-Tamil Sangamam is set to begin today in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, marking a significant cultural exchange between the north and south of India. The event will be jointly inaugurated by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The grand opening ceremony will take place at Namo Ghat this evening.

Theme: The central theme for this edition is “Let Us Learn Tamil – Tamil Karkalam,” emphasizing the importance of Tamil language learning. It underscores the belief that all Indian languages are part of the shared Bharatiya Bhasha family.
Cultural Integration: The event will feature cultural performances by traditional artists from both Kashi and Tamil Nadu, highlighting the rich and diverse cultural heritage of India.
Delegates: Over 1,400 delegates from Tamil Nadu, spanning various categories such as:
