Why in News ?
The Indian Air Force (IAF) has arrived at Al Dhafra Air Base, UAE, to join the multinational Exercise Desert Flag-10. The exercise aims to strengthen combat readiness, operational cooperation, and knowledge sharing with global air forces, starting April 21.
Indian Air Force’s Participation:
- The IAF contingent reached Al Dhafra Air Base in UAE to take part in the drills.
- The exercise aims to provide exposure to real-time multinational operational strategies.
- Helps enhance interoperability, joint mission planning, and air combat skills with leading global air forces.

- Strengthens defence cooperation and diplomatic military ties between participating nations.
