Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Rules, 2020:

  • Focuses on livelihood, social acceptance, and forming state transgender welfare boards.
  • Ensures essential needs (housing, food, healthcare, education) are met for transgender individuals to achieve social justice and inclusion in society.
