About Google’s Delisting of Indian Apps:

  • On March 1, Google removed apps of almost a dozen Indian firms from its Play Store.
  • The move followed years of disputes between Google and Indian companies, including legal battles in Indian courts.
  • After intervention from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, the apps were restored, but the issue remains unresolved.
