  • Ten people were injured in an apparent IED explosion at Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru’s Whitefield area during lunch hours.
  • Chief Minister Siddaramaiah stated that CCTV footage showed a man placing a bag in the cafe before the blast.
  • He characterised the explosion as improvised rather than high-intensity.
