Quad Nations launch Quad Cyber Challenge

News: India, Australia, the United States, and Japan recently introduced the Quad Cyber Challenge. The primary goal is to increase cyber security in the four nations. Essentially, it is a competition. Participants in the challenge might be any Indo-Pacific internet user. The National Security Council will represent India at the QUAD for the purpose of carrying out the challenge.

 

  • Using several authentication methods, doing identity checks, changing passwords frequently, recognising phishing attacks and other online scams, etc.

 

  • Resources for the participating professionals will be provided by QUAD. Additionally, before they take on the task, QUAD will teach chosen individuals from businesses and institutes of higher learning.

 

  • The challenge’s principal goal is to build a resilient cyberspace. Cyberspace is the online environment where people communicate, share information, and participate in other social media activities. The main issues facing the internet nowadays are ransomware assaults, malware, software flaws, AI attacks, etc. Other difficulties include spyware, a man-in-the-middle attack, denial of service attacks, clickjacking, etc.
